Gmail is Agile Hokkaido's preferred web-based mail client. Using secure SSL POP3 and SMTP, Gmail can be seamlessly integrated with your other e-mail clients.

If you do not have a Gmail account, please set one up, then login.

After signing in, please click the "Settings" link in the upper right hand corner.

Select the "Accounts and Import" tab and click on the "Add POP3 Mail Account" button.

Enter in your full mail address, including domain name.

Enter in your username (entire e-mail address), your password, and "condor.agilehokkaido.com" as your POP server, using port 995, remember to check "Always use a secure connection (SSL) when retrieving mail.", then click "Add Account". These settings allow Gmail to retrieve and display your e-mail.

Next you'll want to be able to send e-mail from Gmail using your new account. Select "Yes" and click the "Next Step" button.

Enter in whatever name you'd like your e-mail sent from. It can be anything you like.

You could send through Gmail, but then the recipient of your e-mail might see your Gmail address instead of the address you wanted to send from. For this reason, most clients will want to send using the Agile Hokkaido server.

We'll want to add our SSL SMTP information. Use "condor.agilehokkaido.com" for your SMTP server, select port 465, enter in your full e-mail address and password, check the "Always use a secure connection (SSL) when sending mail" checkbox, and click "Add Account".

An e-mail will be sent to you with confirmation details. You can enter the verification code here...

...or you can simply click on the link in the e-mail.

Voila, you're finished!

You can send from your new account by selecting the desired e-mail address from the dropdown. This feature can be enhanced further in Gmail settings (set default e-mail address, etc).
